little post-it note cover

Made this little card cover for a post-it note and pen

Here's the insidewith the note pad and pen,I will get a little calender to glue on the left hand side.

This is the back cover.

The paper used was 2 fairy scrapbook pages ,A gift from one of my friends,

The pink edging is Anitas

Cant remember where the embellishments came from,sorry.
