Flowers in the attic

This is my card to represent the book ; flowers in the attic; I remember reading this with a tear in my eyes ,hope it will fit the challenge on M.S.E.
The little flowers are all hand quilled ,and the acetate butterfly was coloued wit pro#markers.

this is my little fairy butterfly card ,the handcrafted acetate butterfly is coloured with promarkers to match the image which is also coloured with pro markers

2 completely different Birthday cards

My first Birthday card is for my daughters birthday,she loves butterflies ,so here we have an overload of them.
The butterflies are handmade by myself the wings are acetate ,with the images already printed on,I have had them for ages ,I got them cos I loved them,then didnt have a clue what to do with them,
After looking at them carefully ,I decided to glue them on white and blue card ,then add an acetate butterfly on top.
I think they came out ok.

Heres a close up of the butterflies ,they really do look as if they could fly away.

This card is entirely different it is for my warhammer mad grandson ,I just hope he will like it

2 rather plainer cards for me today
This first froggy card is sooooooooooo cheerful ,would make anyone smile.
The image was a freebie again from Papercraftinspirations website
i just added a few blue gems to the crown
I have left the tongue empty,so i can add either a name,or a sentiment at a later date

heres a great card for a freind who likes a biccy with their tea or coffee,I know I do ,hate having a cuppa withoy my biccy.
The idea was again from this months papercraftinspirations magazine
Love the biscuits,they look so real.
The cup image was also a freebie


Also,in the background to the above pic,you can just about see a photo of my OH and myself ,which was taken over 40 years ago ,wish I was still that slim.....................................

2 1940,s cards

couldn.t resist downloading these 1940,s fashion images from the May issue of papercraftinspirations magazine.they are absolutely fabulous,just what my fashion concious daughter loves

The card above has removable items so a child could dress the doll with another dress ,used to love these dolls when I was a kid,used to make my own from old clothes catalogue,wow,they were the days,no telly when I was young.

heres another wedding day card
this time I have used the free printout backing papers from Papercraft Inspirations magazine
aren,t they pretty,I just had to make a card with them,just to try them out.
The free papers are in the May edition
The image of the couple and the champagne was also in the free downloads
I added a little bit of gold glitter and a few gold stick ons to jazz it up a bit
