A double page spread of my 2 teenage grand daughters ,who are not going to be overly impressed with the toddler pics,but it was my favourite time thay I remember them at.

Aint it a pity they ever have to grow up into teenagers,lol.roll on the adult years.

MSE challenge card

I hope this card will fit Marg,s challenge on MSE ,it has water coming out of the watering can ,lol.

The backing is just dark blue card,with a 4 inch square doyley glued on.

The image was coloured with pro-markers,used some of my new colours which arrived today.

The little die cut flowers were from a bag full from Poundland,

The stick on gems were from Home Bargains,for the huge sum of 18p a pack ,which includes 4 gem embellishments,a gem name ,and 2 gem lines ,I only used one of the lines.[I bought 10 packs

of them]

There are little bits of quilling in the corners,the ribbon was from my stash.

Did these 2 cards with some of my quilled papers,had a quilling craft set recently so I have been trying this effect out on these cards.
The quills make lovely little valentine hearts.

I,ve made a card

Hi,printed out this gorgeous background paper yesterday,and had to use it right away.I just love the little rows of daisies,reminds me the of daisy chains I used to make as a chils,AWWWWWWWW
The fabulous gold organza ribbon is from the craftyribbon sale,the other embellishments were from my stash

This has a bit of a distressed background,show casing 4 of my Artist trading cards,these are in protective sleeves,so they wont get damaged by little sticky fingers,ie,my grandkids
I know,dont say any thing but the words remind my of that car place,rofl.

This one is my fantasy garden page ,the pink flowers are hand made ,just a bit of fun and colour to cheer up these rainy January days.Really enjoyed adding all these flowers .and the little butterflies.

A wet and windy Saturday

What a horrible wet and windy day,today is,not a good day for going out at all.
Its been raining for 3 days now ,got soaked doing some food shopping yesterday.
Stayed in the dry after that,did some more to my altered book,covered it with some recycled wrapping paper.
Knew when I seen my pressie wrapped in it ,I would have to use it on one of my projects,
so here it is,
its a beahtiful flocked paper,
and I adore it.

The title used up some letters I got in a £1 pack in Home bargains,they have been blinged up with some stick on gems,

Hope they stay stuck on.The silver ribbon,from crafty ribbons,is a bookmark thingy.

They are featuring my Indian Tilda card on their blog today,woo hoo.

Had this black box through the post yesterday.it contained a free ice ball maker,lol.
I was going to chuck it ,then I thought I would make a proper lid for it,it had a flap lid which I cut off.,I could use it for a card box.

So,I started with the lid ,I just used bits from my stash,decorated it a bit over the top,so my husband said.Then I did the inside,so then I had to do the bottom bit as well

I used some rub on tulips ,I had at the bottom of my stash box.no reason,just thought they looked pretty.

So ,here we have a lovely box with top and bottom not matching really.

Heres my first Tilda card for 2011,
I used the Indian Tilda and coloured her with promarkers,then dressed her with glitter and organza ribbons ,from crafty ribbons.
